  Looking for information or support for the memory loss journey? At the Memory Hub, a care consultant from the Alzheimer's Association acts as “Memory Navigator." Our care consultant provides free 30-minute appointments once a week, to help you get connected with helpful memory loss resources. Discuss what you're looking for, and discover what may be available in your area to help you thrive.
